American Express® CardMembers have access to purchase Amex Reserved Tickets for select events and select seats, during a specified period. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Amex Reserved Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Card Member Entrance
Access through the American Express® CardMember Entrance at United Center in Chicago, IL is available to American Express Card Members. American Express Card Members may bring in guests, provided all parties are present upon entry and possess a valid event ticket.
The American Express Card Member Entrance will be accessible for designated sporting and entertainment events at United Center. To gain entry to United Center through the American Express Card Member Entrance, you must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. The American Express Card Member Entrance may not be open for all United Center events, and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Entry into United Center is subject to both the terms and conditions stated on the back of your United Center event ticket and in the rules set by United Center.
Concessions Discount
Receive 10% off concessions purchases when you use an American Express® Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards, to pay for your purchase at any participating in-arena United Center concessions. Offer available during all events held at United Center through December 31, 2024. Discount will not be applied to taxes or any other fees.
