All right what is up people welcome to todayā€™s video Welcome to my favorite time of the month and that is grocery haul time this oneā€™s going to be a special one Iā€™m strapping a GoPro literally to my head youā€™re going to get a POV view of everything that Iā€™m buying

In the grocery store then weā€™re going to come back make a couple recipes with the things that we got from the store so if you can do me a favor right now it is not fun or easy going into a grocery store with a GoPro strap to your head

And talking to yourself like an idiot so go ahead press the thumbs up button for me thatā€™ll make me feel a little better about myself and um letā€™s head on to the grocery store all right people welcome to the neighborhood Publix at night all right so Evan already says to like start

On the outside aisles which I personally think is but weā€™re going to try it today so here we are produce section um and the first thing I think I want to grab are avocados these little mini avocados are really really good as well they get ripe a little quicker um but

They also stay ripe for a little longer too so one bag of avocados super nice now I typically donā€™t get this salsa I just like the paste salsa but what I do like is getting some chunky guacamole this stuffā€™s really good too 40 calories per 2 tablespoons thatā€™s like pretty

Solid Fork quac nice little snack also to go with that is some celery sticks or carrot dip chips both really good options all right two fantastic carb sources potatoes in general but sweet potatoes and just your normal rusted potatoes both incredible choices so Iā€™m going to grab like two or three of each

Also I think my favorite spice right now is garlic garlic is delicious and itā€™s like barely any calories so this is definitely coming with me and so is some of this lemon juice of course Iā€™d rather have fresh lemons but this stuff definitely works in a pinch always very

Sad when I see all these bananas that are super green and theyā€™re going to take forever to get ripe but I do enjoy bananas quite a bit my favorite fruits right now are right here fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries both really good options to toss in like

Cereal or oatmeal or whatever going to get a pack of each and we can go ahead and wrap up the fruit section uh with my favorite apples of all time the honey crisp apples if youā€™re eating anything else besides honey crisp like say any of these or any of those youā€™re wasting

Your time Iā€™m telling you right now these are the best hands down so when it comes to salads and dressings really big fan of two Brands uh the simply is very good and also this bolt house farms is very good really similar when it comes to calories as well so just pick

Whichever one you like but right now simply is buy 1 get one free so I can get the ranch and the creamy Caesar for this price of one when it comes to salad stuff I like having like just baby spinach on hand to throw in like wraps

Or sandwiches or whatever but Iā€™m also very lazy and when would rather just go for the salad kits even though I know itā€™s slightly a waste of money some fresh veggies um I do have a lot of frozen veg but when I buy them fresh I like to get green beans along

With um asparagus you can cook them separately or you can cook them together and theyā€™re both really really good not entirely sure why Iā€™ve been doing this but Iā€™ve really been enjoying like zero sugar lemonades and stuff five calories per serving so thereā€™s like no calories

In the whole thing and itā€™s like like difference than just always drinking water and as always canā€™t come to the store without picking up some rice cakes I normally go for the lightly salted for like a bread substitute for PB pbjs and stuff like that the chocolate ones are

Good theyā€™re 60 calories compared to 35 but both very very solid options all right working into dairy stuff they used to have fat-free cream cheese here now they donā€™t so I guess the best you can do is one3 fat but I do like cream Che cheese and bagels every now and then

They do have the fat free ready whip which is really nice to toss on a couple different dessert things and as always Iā€™m going to grab my fair life fat-free milk that I use in literally everyday life I know creamers arenā€™t really great but uh this is zero sugar the hazelnut

15 calories per tablespoon which isnā€™t terrible for good creamer so when it comes to Yogurt Iā€™m always debating whether to get the tub or to get the containers um but the containers are a little easier to bring to work and the oos tri0 is probably the best yogurt you

Can get as far as calories and macros and taste go so Iā€™m going to go ahead and get the containers so Iā€™ve always been a big uh fan of Canā€™t Believe Itā€™s Not Butter light just because itā€™s 35 calories per tablespoon which is really low calorie but I do understand that

Some good healthy fats are important so uh the Cary gold pure Irish butter is phenomenal so you get both you use them both sparingly and you should be good to go obvious viously going to have to pick up some egg whites cannot go wrong with that um and typically I donā€™t eat whole

Eggs all that often but Perry does so I think Iā€™m going to get 12 whole brown eggs as well so when it comes to meat I like to have a variety of different things start out with maybe some lean pork chops just like this super easy to

Sizzle in a pan chicken breasts are on sale right now just your standard chicken breasts Iā€™ve been enjoying like flattening these out and cooking them in the pan as well this right here looks like some pretty nice lean sirloin maybe not the most tender steak but it will

Taste pretty good this is new that I found they finally have 964 lean ground beef I havenā€™t seen this in my Publix yet so thatā€™s awesome definitely going to get this and I typically pair up the ground beef with some 99% fat-free ground turkey so this is perfect all right Iā€™ve seen this

Sauce a lot on like Tik Tok and stuff can confirm it is delicious on a ton of different things so itā€™s not that maybe the healthiest thing3 5 calories per tablespoon not very healthy but it is super good this Tasty Bite company makes the madra ltil mrees lentils they make

These little lentil things that are really good and itā€™s kind of like a Chili type substitute so Iā€™ve been eating this quite a bit recently making our way into like the deli section I will say this Josephā€™s original maybe a little biased but they are really good

Low calorie pasas they have like this size this size little mini size and even Minier size flatbreads um tons of different options really good calories and macros oh hell yeah another staple for me is Bogo the pretzel Cris I dip these in like everything and um they

Have a bunch of different flavors too I think Iā€™m going to go original in sea salt and black pepper that sounds amazing and that actually pairs perfectly with some hummus Iā€™m just going to grab two different flavors weā€™ll do honey jalapeno and roasted red pepper also canā€™t forget in the cheese

Section to pick up some fat-free feta cheese theyā€™re making avocado toast with this fat-free feta and it is so so good so an expensive but very tasty snack are these Archer beef jerkies pretty awesome macros what is that like 250 calories and like 25 g of protein for each bag so

Yeah theyā€™re $6 a bag but they are really good like snack on the go so Iā€™ll pick up two of those not easy to find but when you can find it the fat-free mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese is really good 45 calories with 9 g of

Protein per serving now I donā€™t have a lunch meat all that often but I normally keep some on hand cuz itā€™s just a really quick simple protein Source now like I said earlier I normally just go for the past salsa I donā€™t know why but it just

Tastes the best for me um so Iā€™m going to grab this and my favorite low calorie tortillas that happen to be on sale right now 60 calories for a good size tortilla and they actually taste like normal noral good tortillas as well all right so I know theyā€™re not the best but

I do enjoy drinking some Gatorade zeros every now and then so Iā€™ll pick up two packs of this also itā€™s a good time to stock up on the Core Power Elites 42 g of protein 230 calories and they literally just taste like milk all right weā€™re finally in the main aisles and um

Weā€™re going to start getting after it Perry actually put me onto this flavor of the uncle Binā€™s rice cheddar broccoli so good and the whole pouch is only 340 calories definitely get a couple of these plus another awesome flavor is the cilantro lime definitely a little more calories but definitely worth it also

Right by here if you can find the Vita cheese with the 2% milk um theyā€™re way less calories 180 calories for the whole thing this plus a can tuna is such a high protein easy lunch on the go and then these little ready pastas are pretty much the uncle Binā€™s equivalent

Of pasta 60 seconds ready to go pasta in a bag plus the whole container only has 3110 calories okay so thereā€™s a lot of different options when it comes to marinara sauces and stuff like that the best one Iā€™ve found as far as calories to taste ratio is this Michaels of

Brooklyn but it has 45 calories per half cup now compare that to like one that we really enjoy like AOS right 1/2 cup is 90 calories so itā€™s double the calories and I donā€™t think the taste is double as good also really nice to have some

Tomato paste on hand when you want to make like sauces or uh pizza sauce or anything like that this comes in handy honestly Iā€™ve been enjoying Belle Vitas recently for breakfast you get four of these little cookies 220 calories thereā€™s obviously no protein but it is a

Nice like day starter if you want something like this this should go without saying but canned tuna or like even the tuna in the little pouches thatā€™s like pre-seasoned theyā€™re so good this one right here 90 calories 16 G of protein in a little pouch such an easy

Thing to bring with you to work or school or whatever donā€™t sleep on canned and tuna also life cannot be lived without Lilyā€™s dark chocolate chips buy these every time Iā€™m at the store also for creamies and stuff this is sugar-free fat-free jellow um this is what makes the creamy like really really

Creamy or you know what else makes I know how else to make it really creamy on to sauces thereā€™s a lot to talk about let me start right here with like the G Hughes these sauces right here are incredible 10 calories per 2 tablespoons thatā€™s unheard of for barbecue sauce

Obviously I always keep the Frankā€™s Red Hot wing sauce on Deck because zero calories for the entire thing and it tastes delicious kind of random but wishstar is really good um on like steaks and stuff five calories per teaspoon so you got to be a little

Careful also if you donā€™t like the G Hues for some reason the Rays no sugar added 15 calories for 2 tbspoon and is also very very good Iā€™m a big ketchup fan so the no sugar add oh I wonder if they have G Hughes ketchup though cuz

That sh*tā€™s way better oh they do okay so actually when it comes to ketchup G hughesā€™s ketchup I think is better than hinesā€™s sugar-free ketchup and itā€™s five calories per tablespoon so thatā€™s incredible I know Iā€™ve talked about this in a couple videos the sweet and spicy mustard 10 calories per teaspoon so

Thatā€™s actually a lot but it is very very good mustard and I donā€™t use mayonnaise all that often but I do buy the light mayonnaise just to save literally half of the or 60% less calories this is the spray that I use for all my cooking pure avocado oil

Spray uh I think it has like a better high heat temperature or something so thatā€™s why I use this so when it comes to breakfast stuff obviously your quick one minute oats is a go-to especially if you make like overnight oats itā€™s just nice cuz theyā€™re a little more ground up

To make them with this obviously cannot go without grabbing some Kodiak cakes I talked about my Kodiak cakes Bowl endlessly at this point but this right here is the main ingredient and with that the Miss Butterworth sugar free is really good as well only 10 calories for

2 tablespoons which is not bad all right now letā€™s talk about something right I love granola and yogurt and stuff like that but this granola right here for 2/3 of a cup is 240 calories thatā€™s a ton of calories for 2third of a cup if you want

Something a little better maybe say like this cashy Goen has a little more protein itā€™s 200 calories for 3/4 of a cup so thatā€™s a little better but let me show you what Iā€™ve been doing thatā€™s way better and thatā€™s using actual cereal for your granola one full cup is only

150 calories compared to less of of a cup for almost twice as many calories using cereal as granola is by far the best way to go now I donā€™t eat a ton of like ice cream if Iā€™m not making it creamy um but I do like having these

True FRS in my freezer itā€™s literally just chocolate covered frozen fruit um letā€™s see 10 to 12 of the blueberries is 90 calories thatā€™s not bad at all I normally have like four and theyā€™re and thatā€™s like a good late night snack for me now I typically stay away from frozen

Meals but I definitely do not stay away from frozen veggies this right here Italian blend with cauliflower zucchini lme and beans green beans and carrots is a great one right here as well as I always like having a pepper Trio this in eggs makes eggs exponentially better and

Itā€™s like0 and zero effort another great like Allin option for frozen food are these path of life really really good options they have like quinoa rice and the entire bag like this oneā€™s 370 this oneā€™s 330 calories so really really good macros and volume too when it comes to

Bread as far as calories go the sly Delight F has been my go-to because itā€™s 45 calories per slice theyā€™re still good siiz slices and it tastes like normal good bread too peanut butter obviously your powdered peanut butter is going to be your best option uh itā€™s a little

Timec consuming to make but it does taste pretty freaking good if I donā€™t get that I normally go for the smucker natural itā€™s still like got that oil at the top that you got to mix but it does taste like really really good normal peanut butter as far as jellies go the

Cters strawberry organic jelly is by far the best and it has really good macros too 30 calories for 1 tablespoon is not bad um and the flavor like I said is very solid now I donā€™t have chips all that often but I do like having some

Kind of tortilla chips at some point so these ciete chips are probably some of the best ones you can get and this right here the Lesser evil popcorn cannot tell you how amazing this stuff is and 40 calories per cup is not bad at all all right now Iā€™m definitely a sucker for

Sodas um definitely the best one has to be the standard Dr Pepper zero um if Iā€™m not getting that I might go Dr Pepper Cherry zero or I just found this one and Iā€™m going to have to get it uh it is Mountain do Baja Blast zero sugar also

Itā€™s a good time to stock up on energy drinks and this actually is a pretty freaking good selection um Iā€™ve been enjoying these C4 the starburst one and the Skittles one are really good all right and the last aisle I like to go on is like the protein bar aisle I will say

They donā€™t have a ton of great choices but they do have like the pure protein these right here 21 g of protein for 180 calories and they taste pretty freaking solid you canā€™t beat that little more calories at 220 with a little less protein at 14 but the Power Crunch are

So so good um and they do have like the quest chips here which are pretty solid and they also have the wild chips um but the calories are not nearly as good 210 calories 13 g of protein whereas the quest chips are like 140 calories with

20 g of protein pretty good size haul letā€™s check out see what the price is and then go home and make some recipes with all this stuff all right uh as you can tell by everything laid out thatā€™s like not even all of it we got a ton of

Stuff so it total came up to like $32 which is a lot yes but we also got a ton of groceries that both me and Perry are going to eat throughout the next like month or so so really not that bad I think honestly not to mention we bought

A lot of like expensive stuff too like the beef jerky and the meat and all that stuff was like not cheap but we got it all here now letā€™s put it to use with a couple of good meal prep recipes that you can use throughout the week the

First one is incredible uh weā€™re going to make some Starbucks style egg bites tons of different varieties you can do with this as well Iā€™m going to keep mine relatively simple for tonight but if you want to get crazy get a little exploratory feel free to do so on your

Own time first things first weā€™re going to go ahead and preheat the oven to 350 and with that weā€™re going to put a pan on the bottom rack with some water in it so it helps I guess create more of like a moisture in the air and the Egg Cooks

More evenly I donā€™t know Iā€™ve never done it personally but weā€™re going to try it in this video so letā€™s see how it works out so hereā€™s a baking dish Iā€™m going to use and I have these little silicone like muffin cups in here and these

Should help the egg bites not stick to the pan first thing weā€™re going to start with is some liquid egg whites did right about 450 G of that and to add some extra healthy calories in fat weā€™re going to add three eggs into the mix up next weā€™re going to do some salt

And pepper in the mix weā€™re going to add some fat-free feta cheese and I just did about two servings of that now I can go ahead and give this all a quick stir get the egg yolks broken up and into the mixture next up weā€™ll just evenly distribute the

Egg mixture into each container all right those all look pretty evenly distributed all right now we can go ahead and toss them in the oven um Iā€™m going to cook mine for like 25 to 30 minutes and just check it throughout now while weā€™re waiting for the egg bites to

Cook up in the oven um I kind of like to have a I guess maybe a part two to breakfast or just something else to have with the egg bites little more uh calorie dents and that is some really simple overnight oats something else you can explore with a lot once you find

What you really love but for me Iā€™m going to keep it relatively simple for tonight all right first things first starting out with oats Iā€™m using the quick minute Quaker Oats and Iā€™m going to do right about 45 G of that up next is the liquid Iā€™m using Fair life

Fat-free milk you can use water or whatever you want um the amount is always kind of hard to nail down for me but Iā€™m going to aim for right about 150 g so I like peanut butter with my oats but I donā€™t want the calories so Iā€™m going to use transparent Labs peanut

Butter flavored protein tastes really good you get the peanut butter flavor in there and for way less calories and the added protein of course and Iā€™m going to do right under one full scoop of that by the way if you want to check out any of transparent Labs flavors link down below

For that theyā€™re all very very tasty I like to throw cinnamon in as many recipes as I can and overnight oats is a really good one for that so just a couple sprinkles In Here Also completely optional but some sugarfree syrup just a small sore in there to add a little

Extra sweetness into the mix speaking of mix we can go ahead and just mix this all together now so itā€™s going to be a little liquidy but this is fine overnight itā€™s going to get a lot thicker for sure so you could be done right there Iā€™m going to add a little

Bit of Lilyā€™s dark chocolate chips because letā€™s face it nothing is better than peanut butter and chocolate now to add a little extra Health into the mix Iā€™m going to add some fresh blue blueberries and some fresh strawberries just a little handful of each and there

You go very simply done put the lid on it put it in the fridge overnight and by morning time youā€™ll be ready to enjoy all right people all said and done our four overnight oats are ready to go I used two with the strawberry milkshake

As well be the exact same recipe and for our calories in macros this specific meal each individual Bowl comes right out to 400 1 calories and with that right about 38 g of protein so in my opinion that is absolutely perfect to go along with the egg bites you e super

High protein then you get a little more carb source as well or eat them in different times throughout the day all right and exactly 30 minutes later we have all of our egg bites and they look to be all pretty well done Iā€™m going to set them on the counter let them cool

Incredible but it was not incredible having to clean out all of those cups so if you could do me a favor for like my extra 20 minutes of cleaning press that thumbs up button for me it does help me and the video out quite a bit appreciate

That now the entire recipe that I made was about 562 calories with almost 70 g of protein but when I count for me only eating three at a time that leaves a total for three at 140 calories for three of them and with that 17 g of protein so they are insanely insanely

High in protein for how many calories youā€™re getting and for the volume youā€™re getting getting too super simple to make super easy to meal prep and a really really good high protein breakfast to start out your day and with that I really want to share a couple like lunch
