Waited 1hour toget aprescription even though Iwas told itwould beready in30min. Ichecked after 30min, they did not even start. Got atext message saying ready, but they asked another 15min. They were checking out grocery items instead ofworking onthe drop offs. Bad reputation

I have dealt with countless pharmacy interactions with different brands inmy life but this Town Center Publix isby far the best. Even inthe midst ofCOVID they've been amazing intheir friendly demeanor, efficiency, and quality control. David isan excellent team member that deserves araise. Itis extremely hard tofind good employees now and the entire store staff isvery valuable. Support this branch ofPublix!

Called this pharmacy and also went inperson. Both time gave mewrong information that CVS has tocall for prescription transfer over. Icontinued tocall CVS and was asking them over over for tranfer. Later tofind out Publix has toinitiate request. Very disappointing that they give wrong information and waste people time. Thankfully, finally agentleman pick upa call and processit. Iwished they had done itthe first time professionally.

I can’t imagine there isa worse Publix pharmacy than thisone. Idon’t know ifthey are understaffed orwhat but that doesn’t explain how many times multiple workers have lied tome about when myprescription will beready. Iwas told around 3today that two ofmy three prescriptions would beready at6pmand come tofind out itwon’t beready until 3the nextday. Iplaced myorder last night soit will take them two days tofill anorder when real pharmacies fill within two hours. The pharmacist even told mespecifically which ones could bedone by6and then did not follow through after Ihad thanked her because one ofthem isvery important and Ineedit. Not only dothe pharmacists not care atall but they are liars and will say any time you want tohear out ofcowardice because they don’t want tobe yelledat.… – show

I have been using this pharmacy since they were built and Ican't imagine ever stopping. They are amazing totheir customers and always goabove and beyond toget you your medicines, discounts and information. The floaters can benice but the team there now isfive-star.

If you need quarters you can't get them when you checkout- only atcustomer service, and you can only pay cash for quarters- but they forget totell you that atcheck out and could get cash back…
