When your friend approached Yan to make friends, they unknowingly disturbed the beast. The only reason you know all of this is because your friend was gushing to you about the new friend they made and all you could think is that they sounded off in their description. You knew that you could have just been paranoid since there were situations where you had to get in between your sweet and gullible friend when they met someone new but this feels different now. A gut feeling that danger might have bestowed your friend and it was up to you to make sure that nobody takes advantage of their bubbly nature.

Your protectiveness left you vulnerable. You were now Yan’s target. You just couldn't leave well enough alone. Yan might have spared you since you were their best friend but you just kept getting in the way of their love. Every date Yan tried to plan you just had to include yourself, never talking to Yan besides a few yes’s and no’s, always sitting right beside your friend. Yan knew they couldn't comment on it since your friend didn't mind. Soon when the stalking began, Yan had to stalk you too since you were either always near them or you were talking to them on the phone. As Yan began to follow you around he began to see a lighter side of you, like a soft side. The way you interact with people you are close with, your protective nature, and most importantly your smile. You are the type to only smile when you are genuinely happy, not the fake joyous crap that others give off. Your smiles feel more rewarding since not a lot of people get to see them. He wants to be the only one to witness those smiles.

You knew that Yan was bad, a feeling in your gut that was so strong. Too bad it didn't warn you that you would be their true target. At least your friend is safe.

Imagine just doing your job and catering to their needs as a manager and you happen to catch their eye. They are used to attracting attention from people because of their looks and their soft personality. They are used to people assuming that they wouldn't hurt a fly and for the most part that's true. If you don't fall for his charms prepare for your loved ones to be on you actively betraying you by flaunting all the ways he would make a good boyfriend even after you said it would never happen. Now as he abruptly breaks down in front of the WHOLE SCHOOL sobbing, crying real tears that you won't even give him a chance people are giving you so many rude stares and are defending him. After all, he's such a kind soul, you should be lucky he likes you and lucky he ever even looked your way. You'll let him have you correct?
