The Holiday Inn Biloxi is located just seconds from the beach and is surrounded by wonderful attractions, top-rated restaurants and not far from the casinos as well. Guests have enjoyed not only the hotel itself but the convenience of its location.

Guests at this hotel have been pleasantly surprised at the service level offered and the speed at which problems were resolved. In a few reviews, guests experienced slight issues that were quickly and easily sorted out by staff with little fuss or inconvenience.

This hotel not only offers the convenience of being just seconds away from the fun activities offered by the beach but also allows guests the chance to enjoy a beautiful ocean view from the comfort of their spacious rooms.

A range of amenities and features are offered at this hotel that are highly rated however general maintenance of these amenities could be prioritized more highly. For instance, the pool was green on some of the days so guests could not swim when they wanted to and the fitness center, at times, had an ugly smell.

Starting with the room, there have been complaints by guests that certain rooms smelt of mildew. A bit more attention should be given to the cleaning of the rooms and washing of carpets. The bathroom features were unreliable. The showers leaked and the toilets sometimes overflowed.

More often than not, guests will prefer to take an elevator rather than stairs. However this is not always the case. Some guests prefer a staircase, due to claustrophobia in elevators, however are not afforded the chance to use the stairs as it is reserved for employees only.
