Bright Horizons at USAA is now hiring in Tampa, FL!Full-time positions now available with:
Infants from 8:15AM-5:15PM
We offer competitive pay ranging from $16.10-21.70/hr based upon education and experience.
We are offering a $1000 hiring incentive to be paid out after 60 days of employment expiring 7/31/24* hiring eligibilities required.
PREFERRED: DCF 45hours/Exams completed (contingent upon state residency and time in field)

As a Child Care Teacher, you will:
Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.
Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.
Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
Must meet state requirements for Teacher and additional center/school requirements may apply.
High School diploma/GED required. Related college-level course work.
CDA REQUIRED.
Working towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Compensation Range: $15.60 - $21.05 / hr
